Apparently, these images date back to April 6, 2008. I’m trying to make out what part of earth we’re looking at, but my best guess is that Central America, Mexico, and California are off to the left. South is up and slightly to the right. If you squint, you can even make out the Baja peninsula and the Sea of Cortez. Does that seem right?
